The frame width measures 80mm, providing a solid foundation for the structure. The aluminum profile has a thickness of 2.0mm. This dimension ensures the window remains rigid and durable under various conditions.

The glazing system focuses on insulation. The unit features double tempered glass filled with argon gas. The configuration includes two 5mm glass sheets separated by an 18mm air gap (5mm+18A+5mm). A standard insulated spacer sits between the glass panes. We also use a 25mm polyamide fiber thermal break strip. This aluminum tilt-and-turn window reduces heat transfer effectively.

Hardware components prioritize security and operation. The window utilizes Viehage tilt-and-turn handles, available in black or silver, alongside durable Viehage tilt-and-turn hinge sets. For safety, the system includes metal R-corner anti-collision protection. This accessory prevents collision injuries around the sash edge. Users can operate this model as tilt-and-turn window for flexible ventilation control.
