SCHÜPARD presents the Fly・Escape 102 Series Thermal Break Aluminum Tilt & Slide Side-Mount Screen Integrated Casement Window. As a manufacturer focusing on innovative functional windows, we develop this dual-mode opening window for high-rise residential buildings. The frame width is 102mm, adopting 6063-T5 universal high-quality aluminum alloy with 1.8mm wall thickness, matched with exclusive six-cavity profile to boost structural strength.

The glazing system adopts Nanbo 5mm+20A+5mm extra large hollow argon-filled double tempered glass with standard insulated spacer. The 20mm widened hollow interlayer extends sound transmission path, significantly improving noise reduction effect for street-side rooms, matched with 24mm polyamide fiber thermal break strip to balance heat insulation performance.

The full set of Viehage tilt & slide special multi-point lock hardware supports two independent opening modes: horizontal micro slide ventilation and inward tilt ventilation. All operations are finished indoors without leaning out of the window, equipped with metal R-corner anti-collision protection and built-in stainless steel insect mesh, realizing ventilation and anti-mosquito at the same time. Equal-pressure visible drainage prevents rain backflow during inward tilt ventilation on rainy days.

This product meets international standard for functional casement windows, with CE and ISO9001 certification. Multiple customization options for size, glass and screen mesh are available, widely used in high-rise apartment, rigid residential and noise-sensitive bedroom projects.
